Apparently, there is evidence that suggests acne could be linked with weight. The article contends that those teenagers who are overweight are at greater risk for acne. We at SKIN All Natural are, of course, interested in your skin’s well-being, as we are for your health. So this is definitely something to consider.
Exercise is important for maintaining a healthy weight, but so is the food you put into your body. If you feel the tell-tale signs of acne coming, try switching out a meal a day with a vegan one. That way you get all the vitamins, proteins, and carbs you need to stay healthy while avoiding harmful fats found in animal products.
